In order to expend its business in UK, the company is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Support Executive to join our UK Sales team based out of its office in London.

This role is essential in supporting the full sales cycle--from pre-sales coordination to post-sales customer care. You will work closely with Sales Managers, Solutions, Pricing, Delivery, Legal, and Finance teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding, efficient project execution, and exceptional service delivery.

Our product portfolio includesICT solutions (hardware, software, and services) and data connectivity services such as IEPL, DIA, VPN, IP-Transit, SD-WAN, and Cloud Connect, etc.

Duties



Set up new customer accounts, run credit checks, and enter sales opportunities. Coordinate with Solution and Pricing teams for proposals and quotations. Respond to customer queries (lead time, SLA, invoicing, renewals, outages, etc.). Track offers, follow up with clients, and escalate key issues to Sales Managers. Prepare order forms and support internal approvals. Handover signed orders to Delivery teams and monitor project progress. Maintain accurate account records and track contract expiry/renewals. Support Finance with payment issues and Legal with MSA progress.

Experience



Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in STEM disciplines. Minimum 2 years of sales support experience in the Telecom Wholesale industry is preferred. Understanding of telecom networks and connectivity services is an advantage. Ability to multitask, prioritise workload, and work effectively under pressure. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills. Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in an additional European language and Chinese are highly advantageous. Ambition to grow into a Sales Manager role. Applicants with less or more experience may be considered for junior or senior positions.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 35,000.00-45,000.00 per year
