The Role:
We're seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Sales Support Specialist to assist our sales team and ensure seamless client onboarding and administration. This is a great opportunity for someone with previous admin experience in a sales environment who is looking to join a supportive and growing company.
What You'll Do Day-to-Day:
Process and track new merchant applications
Check submitted documentation for accuracy and completeness
Liaise with sales reps and clients to gather missing information or provide updates
Maintain and update customer records in our CRM system
Prepare contracts, welcome packs, and reports for new clients
Answer incoming calls and emails, aiding or directing queries as needed
Assist with general office administration and support tasks to help the team stay organised and efficient
You'll be a key part of keeping our operations running smoothly -- ensuring the sales team can focus on building relationships while you handle the essential details behind the scenes.
What We're Looking For:
Previous experience in an admin role, ideally supporting a sales function
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
Confident using Microsoft Office and CRM/database systems
A positive, proactive attitude and a willingness to learn
A full UK driving licence is preferred
