We're now seeking a hands-on, motivated Team Leader to support and drive operational excellence within our Finance/Sales Support team. This is a key role combining team leadership with active participation in the day-to-day activities of the team.
Role Overview:
As the Finance/Sales Support Team Leader, you'll be responsible for managing the daily operations of the team while also working alongside team members to support with case progression and administration. You will work closely with the Finance/Sales Support Manager to ensure workflows run smoothly, processes are continuously improved, and the client experience remains outstanding.
This role is ideal for someone who leads by example, balances management with practical support, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and support the Finance/Sales Support team to foster a high-performance, collaborative, and positive working environment.
Actively assist with day-to-day duties, including handling opportunities, client documentation, and administrative tasks, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.
Oversee daily workflows, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently, accurately, and in line with business priorities.
Monitor SLAs and KPIs, identifying areas for improvement.
Collaborate with a variety of internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth case progression and client satisfaction.
Support the training and onboarding of new team members, as well as the continued development of existing staff.
Contribute to the development and improvement of systems, processes, and policies to increase operational efficiency.
Assist with commercial negotiations and relationship management where appropriate.

Skills, Knowledge & Experience
Proven experience in a team leadership or supervisory role, ideally within finance brokerage or financial services.
Strong hands-on operational skills with a willingness to get involved in day-to-day tasks.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
High attention to detail, with strong organisational and time-management abilities.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems.
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, can-do attitude.
Familiarity with Power BI or similar tools for reporting and performance tracking.
OTE: 39,000.00
