Gap Plastics Blackburn has an initial 9 month temporary position in its Sales Support Team.

Working in the Sales Support Team we are looking for a customer service focused individual who can take on the responsibility for customers' orders and general enquiries coming into the site.

Main responsibilities:

Contact prospective customers by both telephone and email. To convert leads or prospects into sales and revenue. Use product knowledge to showcase the solutions GAP can offer the prospect Ensuring all relevant communications, records and data are updated and recorded. Upsell additional products. Report weekly goals and objectives to management. Ensuring you work towards achieving company KPI's. Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of company and industry developments Build lasting relationships with both internal and external customers. Manage own workload and time to meet the customer's requirements

You:

Demonstrable experience of great sales and customer service. Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong attention to detail and organisational abilities Ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively IT literate.
