customer-focused Sales Support & Trade Counter Representative
to join our team and help deliver an exceptional first-line experience for our customers.What You'll Be Doing
This is a
commercially focused, customer-facing role
not warehouse or driving. You'll be working closely with our sales team to support customer enquiries and ensure smooth front-of-house operations.Your responsibilities will include:
Welcoming and supporting customers at the trade counter
Handling overflow sales calls and logging enquiries accurately
Calling back expired quotes to convert into sales
Taking payments over the counter and recording transactions
Managing customer drop-off/collection of parts and vehicle handovers
Providing cover for the sales team during busy periods or annual leave
What We're Looking For
Confident, personable communicator -- customer-first mindset is essential
Previous experience in sales support / trade counter / parts / service desk preferred
Ability to follow process accurately and work professionally with all customer types
Full UK driving licence (to safely move vehicles on/off-site)
Minimum age 21 for insurance purposes
