Sales Surveyor
to bridge the gap between clients and our installation teams.
Summary
You will act as the face of the company, visiting customers homes to survey spaces, assess feasibility, advise on design options, and produce accurate proposals. Your role will combine technical, sales, and project?coordination elements.
Typical Week Structure
3-4 days on site
: Visiting customers to carry out surveys, take measurements, assess technical feasibility, review existing plans/designs, and recommend adjustments.
1-2 days at home / in o?ce:
Preparing proposals, liaising with designers and installers, responding to emails/calls, and updating records.
Key Responsibilities
Travel to customer homes to perform technical surveys and measure up
Review pre-existing plans or designs and discuss them with clients
Suggest and recommend design or layout changes when needed
Create scopes of work and price up the construction part of the project
Prepare and submit detailed estimates, proposals, and quotations
Liaise with the o?ce, design team, and installers to ensure smooth project delivery
Handle customer enquiries professionally via phone or email
Maintain accurate records, documentation, and project files
What We're Looking For
Prior experience in kitchen or construction-related surveying / sales (preferred)
Exceptional attention to detail and ability to take precise measurements
Strong communication and customer service skills
Self-motivated and able to manage your own schedule
Good knowledge of construction processes and terminology
Full UK driving licence and own transport
