We are seeking an experienced sales surveyor to join our rapidly evolving start up business.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the sales team to achieve company goals.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies for b2c renewables.
Drive sales growth in the domestic renewables market.
Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing customers.
Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new sales opportunities.
Ensure the team delivers outstanding customer service and meets KPIs.
Report directly to senior management with insights and sales performance updates.
Assist in the recruitment and training of new sales team members.
Requirements:
Proven experience in b2c sales.
In-depth knowledge of renewables including air con, solar PV.
Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
Ability to identify and capitalize on business opportunities.
A customer-focused approach with a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
Full UK driving license.
