Position:

Sales Team Lead (Commission-based)

Job Type:

Full Time/Part Time

Report to:

Revenue Manager

What Will You Be Doing:



Team Leadership & Coordination

Lead and mentor the sales team to hit weekly and monthly targets. Take responsibility for team performance, attendance, and discipline. Motivate reps and build a positive, accountable sales culture.
Sales Strategy & Execution

Build and implement effective sales strategies and outreach plans. Review team approach and guide them on improving conversions. Support reps with lead sourcing and closing opportunities.
Training & Reporting

Conduct weekly sales sessions and skill-building meetings. Track team performance and maintain sales dashboards/trackers. Report sales updates and challenges to the Revenue Manager. Create and manage team scorecards. Monitor KPIs across outreach, follow-ups, sales wins, and engagement. Identify low-performing areas and improve them quickly. Weekly report to Revenue Manager

What We're Looking For:



Strong leadership and communication skills Sales experience is must (at least 6 months) Organised, proactive, and good at problem-solving Comfortable with commission-based earnings Able to take full ownership of team results
