Our Customer Sales Team Leaders are responsible for driving revenue through their teams' performances by using effect sales methods, applying expert product knowledge, and ensuring all policies and procedures are followed accordingly.

This is a full-time permanent position, covering 40 hours over 5 days. Our Contact Centre is open from Monday to Sunday and is based out of CareCo's Braintree site.

What are my responsibilities?



Driving revenue through effective development, motivation, and monitoring of team members. Ensure all team targets and KPI's are achieved whilst adhering to call compliance requirements. Retaining customers by utilising lead data and by providing a full overview of the CareCo product range that is suitable for the customer's needs. Dealing with manager escalation calls and emails that have been raised by the team. Responding to Trust Pilot and support emails when required to preserve the company reputation. Logging all HR issues on PeopleHR which includes sickness, absence, and lateness. Approving all holiday requests for your team in line with the rota schedule ruling. Completing all administrative tasks in line with company SLA timeframes. Process customer sales in a polite and courteous manner in line with the call compliance requirements on each call. Monitor the volume of calls and assist within a timely manner to support the sales floor. Assisting other teams with calls and tasks when required to maintain excellent service levels. Liaise with third-party suppliers ensuring any issues are dealt with in a timely manner.

What qualifications & skills are required of me?



Previous experience within a Team Leader/Management position in a similar environment. Excellent sales skills with the ability to mentor and teach others to better their sales techniques. Motivated and driven to achieve KPIs and targets on a daily basis, with the ability to translate this enthusiasm to those within your team. A genuine interest in selling products that improves the way people live their lives. GCSE C/4 or above in English & Mathematics.
