Summary

We are looking for a confident, driven

Team Leader

to help power the next stage of our growth.

Duties:

- Assist the Sales Manager to achieve company sales goals and objectives
- Lead a small team of sales representatives, providing guidance, training, and motivation
- Monitor sales metrics and analyse data to identify areas of improvement and provide regular reporting to the Sales Manager
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners
- Identify new opportunities and trends
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies
- Prepare sales forecasts and budgets, and track performance against targets
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions

Experience:

- Proven experience as a Team Leader
- Good leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain client relationships
- Solid understanding of sales techniques and strategies
- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools
- Time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
- Phone etiquette and strong organisational skills

Pay: 30,000.00-35,000.00 per year
