Duties
Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and collective sales targets.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to enhance performance and drive revenue growth.
Monitor team performance through regular assessments and provide constructive feedback to enhance skills and productivity.
Foster strong relationships with clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
Conduct regular training sessions to equip the team with the necessary skills and knowledge about products and services.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and address any customer concerns promptly.
Analyse sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
Experience
Proven experience in a sales leadership role or similar position within a retail or service environment.
Strong understanding of sales principles, customer service practices, and market dynamics.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to inspire and engage team members.
Demonstrated ability to analyse data, generate reports, and make informed decisions based on insights.
Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools is advantageous.
A proactive approach with strong organisational skills to manage multiple priorities effectively.
