Key Responsibilities:
Leadership
: Lead engaging sales training and coaching sessions, motivate an existing sales team and continually develop a growing team.
Onboarding -
Support the onboarding of new team members with training and support.
Sales Process
: Ensure the team are following the correct sales process and selling Visitor Chat product correctly.
Drive New Business
: Prospect, contact, and develop new business opportunities.
Guide Your Team
: Identify sales opportunities and work with key stakeholders to effectively present our product's key features and benefits to the target markets.
Campaigns -
Work with key team members and oversee sales campaigns.
CRM
: Ensure the team are competent in using the CRM correctly from uploading deals to managing leads, self-sourcing, and overall admin responsibilities
Meet KPIs:
Strive to exceed individual and team monthly & quarterly targets
Reporting:
Provide regular activity reports and quantifiable objective measurements.
Development:
Support progression pathways for sales executives to achieve results on larger businesses by installing knowledge and confidence.
Strategic Thinking:
Identify and raise to key stakeholders' areas for improvement within the sales team
Requirements of the role:
Bring 2+ years of experience in a sales leadership or supervisory role.
Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Able to balance responsibilities while guiding the team to stay on track and meet goals.
Know how to inspire, coach, and develop team members to achieve their best.
Are proactive, adaptable, and always looking for ways to improve team performance.
