About the Role
MotorEasy is seeking a
hardworking, reliable, and results-driven Team Leader
to support and motivate our growing team of Junior Sales and Telemarketing Advisors. You'll be working
alongside an experienced Team Leader
and reporting to the Sales Manager, helping oversee day-to-day performance, coaching staff, and driving results across key KPIs.
This is a hands-on leadership position ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, performance-led environment and is passionate about people development.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver sales and cross-sell targets across a range of products and services
Monitor and optimise dialler performance, working with data analysts to drive agent productivity
Evaluate live and recorded calls to ensure script adherence, effective structure, and objection handling
Provide live coaching and actionable feedback to improve quality and conversion
Respond to first-line queries and support agents in overcoming challenges
Plan and deliver sales incentives, competitions, and promotions to maintain motivation
Monitor attendance, punctuality, and shift adherence
Host daily team briefings to share performance insights and business updates
Conduct regular 1-to-1 meetings to review performance and support development
Collaborate with HR on staffing issues and ensure smooth daily operations
Create and manage team rotas to maintain consistent coverage
Champion company values and lead by example at all times
Carry out other duties as required by line management
What We're Looking For
A proven sales performer with experience leading or mentoring teams
Ability to inspire and motivate others toward high performance
Comfortable using performance data to inform decisions and strategies
Skilled in delivering feedback and coaching for improvement
Organised, dependable, and approachable with a hands-on leadership style
Excellent communication and people management skills
Desirable Experience
Call centre or outbound sales team leadership experience
Experience working with dialler systems and lead generation strategies
Knowledge of warranty, insurance, or automotive sales
Proven success in managing performance across a sales floor
