In this crucial position, you\'ll be at the forefront of nurturing the next generation of leaders across the UK. Your responsibilities will include introducing new team members to the Revolution culture, guiding them through our developmental stages, and collaborating closely with our Recruitment team. Here\'s What You\'ll Get to Do:

• Craft and deliver engaging training materials and presentations tailored for emerging leaders.
• Facilitate both individual and group mentoring sessions, focusing on leadership development.
• Provide ongoing support, answering questions, and offering guidance during and after the initial training period.
• Understand and cater to the diverse needs and aspirations of individuals embarking on their leadership journey.
• Offer training and support on effective leadership strategies and the application of the Revolution model.
• Collaborate with the team to identify and resolve challenges encountered by new leaders.
• Gather and analyse feedback to enhance the effectiveness and impact of the Revolution leadership development programme.

We\'re Looking for Someone With:

• A Bachelor\'s degree or higher and at least 2+ years of experience in a role focused on leadership development, mentoring, or coaching.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of motivating and inspiring others.
• The ability to work both independently and as a cohesive part of a larger team.
• Strong organisational and time management skills, adept at handling multiple priorities.
