Role Purpose:

As our Sales Team Leader, you'll play a pivotal role in building brand awareness and driving sales with potential customers door-to-door. In addition to engaging with individuals at their homes and and embedding brand values within local communities, you'll be guiding our field sales team toward exceeding our targets.

The day-to-day:

Lead with our Brand Values to spark awareness and attract customers door-to-door. Create excitement around our brand through engaging conversations. Set up and manage stands and promotional events (including timekeeping, materials, set up/shut down). Organise and drive daily activities for the sales team towards targets. Support onboarding and training of new team members while boosting overall performance. Provide excellent customer support and handle queries effectively. Use CRM data and event leads to uncover sales opportunities and maximise potential. Ensure safety compliance through StaySafe policies. Trial and feedback on new processes to improve operations. Assist the FSM with recruitment tasks (interviews, evaluations). Maintain availability and accuracy of sales materials. Give feedback through regular 1-2-1s and champion best practices. Consistently hit daily targets, both individually and as a team.

Experienced in sales, events, or retail with strong CRM knowledge. Skilled in training, onboarding, and mentoring. Customer-focused with problem-solving and relationship-building strengths. Knowledgeable in health & safety for field-based roles. Comfortable assessing processes, suggesting improvements, and adapting to change. Familiar with recruitment and candidate assessment.
