Sales Team Leader
to take charge of our team of advisers in Stanstead Abbotts.

Protection insurance experience is desirable but not essential - full, industry-leading training will be provided upon induction, equipping you with all the knowledge and confidence you need to succeed in the role.

What you'll be doing:
Leading, motivating, and developing a team of 10-15 insurance advisers.
Managing advisers who specialise in providing clients with expert advice on
Life Cover, Critical Illness Cover, and Income Protection
.
Driving performance to achieve and exceed sales targets. You'll have your own personal target to take care of, as well as driving your team forward to achieve theirs too.
Leading by example - actively involved in generating and converting business opportunities.
Coaching and supporting advisers to reach their full potential by holding weekly and monthly performance reviews.
Reporting on performance and ensuring compliance with industry standards.
What we're looking for:
Proven management experience leading sales teams of 10-15 people.
Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
A hands-on leader who leads by example.
Excellent communication, coaching, and motivational skills.
Financial sector experience and working in a regulated environment is a strong advantage.
