We are seeking a proactive and highly organised Sales and HR Liaison to serve as the critical link between our Sales team and the Human Resources department.

The Role



This role will provide comprehensive administrative and logistical support to the Sales Director and Sales Manager while also ensuring seamless communication and coordination of HR-related activities for the sales team. The ideal candidate must be an exceptional communicator, highly attentive to detail and adept at managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

The Sales Team Liaison is a key administrative role that provides comprehensive support to the Sales Director and Sales Manager. This position requires an exceptional communicator who is highly organised, detail-oriented, and skilled at managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for ensuring seamless communication and coordination between the Sales and Human Resources departments. Additionally, you will work directly with the Sales Director to support the professional growth of the Protection Advisor team by managing training administration, updating training logs, and scheduling all appraisals and training sessions within the CRM calendar.

Responsibilities



Administrative Support:

Manage schedules, coordinate meetings and handle correspondence for the Sales Director and Sales Manager.

Communication & Coordination:

Act as the primary point of contact for HR-related inquiries from the sales team, channeling information and requests to the appropriate HR personnel. This includes managing internal communications and announcements.

HR Administration:

Maintain and update training logs, performance records, and other relevant HR documentation.

Data & Reporting:

Ensure all sales team information, such as training completions and performance reviews, is accurately tracked and communicated to HR in a timely manner.

Problem Resolution:

Help resolve day-to-day operational issues for the sales team, escalating complex matters to the Sales Director or HR department as needed.

Project Management:

Assist with organising sales team events, training sessions and special projects.

Qualifications



Proven experience in an administrative, personal assistant, or HR-related role. Exceptional organisational and time-management skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other standard office software. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism. A proactive attitude and a strong ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Familiarity with sales or HR processes is a plus.

Proven experience in administration, reporting and updating documents. Strong communication and interpersonal skills Results-driven with a proactive approach to identifying opportunities or problems.
