TaxPro helps individuals claim legitimate tax rebates from HMRC through a secure, tech-driven platform. As we continue our national growth, we are strengthening our sales operation with the introduction of a dedicated Sales Team Manager to lead, develop and support our expanding team of Business Development Managers (BDMs).
TThe Opportunity
This is a hands-on leadership role suited to an experienced sales manager who can drive high performance, maintain compliance, and build a motivated, customer-focused team. You will play a key part in the success of the BDM function -- ensuring accuracy, quality and strong monthly output while coaching the team to reach their full potential.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, develop and support the BDM team to achieve performance targets and high-quality standards.
Monitor accuracy and compliance of all claims submitted through our HMRC-integrated platform.
Track individual and team performance, ensuring consistent volume, conversion and revenue generation.
Provide regular coaching, feedback and training to support skills development and continuous improvement.
Conduct performance reviews, agree development plans and hold team members accountable for results.
Oversee daily workflow and ensure adherence to internal processes and timelines.
Support BDMs in managing complex cases, eligibility queries or customer issues.
Work closely with senior management to report performance trends, risks and opportunities.
Ensure a positive, supportive and high-energy team culture aligned with TaxPro's values.
What We're Looking For
Proven experience in a sales management or team leader role
Strong background in coaching, mentoring and developing sales professionals
Excellent understanding of pipeline management, conversion metrics and performance reporting
High attention to detail, particularly when overseeing accuracy and compliance
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
A supportive leadership style with the confidence to challenge underperformance
Experience in referral-based sales or a similar environment (advantageous)
CRM proficiency

In return Taxpro offer a fantastic base rate of up to 45,000.00 per year, plus Commission of up to 10% on all of your own sales generated, and a bonus percentage based on the performance of your team as a whole, the sky really is the limit here!
