ABOUT THE ROLE
As
Sales Team Manager
, you will lead, coach, and inspire a team of Sales Executives to achieve targets while delivering an excellent learner experience.
You will own sales performance, team development, and conversion strategy, ensuring strong revenue growth and a positive, high-energy culture.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead, manage, and motivate a team of Sales Executives
Achieve
monthly and quarterly sales targets
Monitor KPIs and provide regular coaching and performance feedback
Oversee inbound lead management and consultative sales calls
Analyse sales data and implement performance improvement strategies
Recruit, train, and onboard new sales team members
Collaborate with senior management on sales strategy and forecasting
Maintain accurate CRM records and reporting
Drive team culture through recognition, incentives, and development
ABOUT YOU
You are a confident sales leader who enjoys coaching others, driving results, and building high-performing teams.
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS
Proven experience as a
Sales Team Leader / Manager
Background in education, training, or recruitment sales (preferred)
Strong track record of hitting or exceeding sales targets
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Confident using CRM systems and analysing data
Self-motivated, organised, and results-driven
Genuine interest in education and learner outcomes
DESIRABLE
Experience managing
in-house and/or remote sales teams
