WRS seeks an enthusiastic, motivated and experienced Sales Team Manager to join our ever-expanding team.
WRS is a leading provider of EPOS (Electronic Point of Sale) solutions dedicated to helping businesses streamline their operations, enhance customer service and boost efficiency. We offer innovative EPOS software and hardware solutions designed to meet the unique needs of companies, primarily in the retail and hospitality sectors.
The Sales Team Manager will oversee the Sales department, enhancing our client base and leading the Sales team with strategy. We are looking for a highly skilled individual to lead on sourcing commercial partnerships, projecting business growth, seeking opportunities and company expansion . The position will collaborate across a range of roles, from working with customers, to monitoring the status of projects and providing guidance to the various departments. The Sales Team Manager will provide clear expectations and vision, training, and support.
The position is based at our head office is in Newport, Isle of Wight. A full clean driving license is essential.
Essential Experience
Proven Sales experience, with success in meeting or exceeding targets
Management experience, coaching and developing a team to achieve a high performance
Strategic planning and approach to all aspects of the business objectives
Strong pipeline management and experience
Proficiency with CRM systems, MS 365 and office
