Purpose of Role/Job Overview



As a Team Manager, you'll be a beacon of inspiration, leading by example and setting high standards for team performance. Leveraging your expertise, you'll coach and mentor an established sales team that is continuing to grow, providing the support and guidance needed to excel in their roles and foster a collaborative, high-performing environment.

The role involves managing and developing an existing campaign targeting the

, requiring the Team Manager to understand market dynamics and continuously refine sales strategies to drive performance and results.

Key Accountabilities

Duties



Lead and coach the sales team to meet and exceed campaign objectives Prioritise workload and allocate resources effectively Maintain a supportive environment, providing guidance in stressful situations Foster positive relationships among team members Communicate effectively to convey instructions and information Support ongoing training and development to enhance sales representatives' skills Conduct regular one-to-one meetings for feedback and performance support Analyse data to optimise campaign performance Address urgent issues promptly and provide guidance Ensure comprehensive knowledge of the product and campaign Implement HR policies and provide compliance guidance Provide regular progress reports to stakeholders Lead team meetings aligned with campaign objectives Boost team morale through appreciation and recognition initiatives

Essential Qualifications



Proven experience leading and managing sales teams Experience heading up or managing sales campaigns Familiarity with training methodologies and coaching practices Experience managing teams within a call centre or telesales environment Telesales experience: 2 years Management experience: 3 year

Desirable Qualifications



Management experience in a B2C sales environment Client management experience Project management experience
