Job summary
Real Foods is currently looking for part-time and full-time sales team supervisors, 24-39hrs/week for our retail shops. The role would involve assisting our shop floor Sales Managers in driving sales, staff training, customer care, ongoing development projects relating to sales and maintaining the environment to a high standard.
Principal responsibilities
Help managing/training the shop sales team
Drive sales increase
Deliver first class customer service
Report to the Sales Manager
Understand, contribute to and manage all the processes in the shop
Undertake sales and administration duties as required by the company
Other key requirements
Previous experience of Supervisory/Management roles
Self-starter able to work independently when required to do so
Proven management skills
Knowledge of the food industry an advantage
An interest in healthy lifestyles also an advantage
