Fastmarkets is looking for a strategic, results-oriented Revenue Operations Manager to join the Revenue Operations team. This person will partner with senior leaders across the Revenue Organization, with specialty focus in supporting the Events business. You will be a trusted and fully engaged advisor, focused on business operational activities, strategic planning, GTM optimization, and you will be relentless in your pursuit of assessing revenue opportunities. This is a high visibility, high impact role, with rapidly changing priorities. This role requires a high degree of both technical and commercial acumen. You will report to the Director of Commercial Operations and benefit from the full support of that team, with a dotted line to the Managing Director Events.
The ideal candidate has strong strategic and analytical thinking combined with leadership skills to drive change. This candidate will demonstrate quick learning and a history of driving results. Most importantly, the candidate will drive, through strong relationships and excellent communication, alignment across stakeholders to execute key initiatives.
Role Purpose
The Sales Technology Manager will optimize the sales tech stack, ensuring tools are delivering maximum value to the sales organisation. This role will drive adoption, identify efficiencies, and continuously improve workflows to align technology with sales strategy. With deep Salesforce expertise and a strong understanding of sales processes, this person will be the bridge between business needs and technical execution, helping sales teams work smarter and faster.
