The Role:

We're looking for motivated and confident individuals to join our remote team as Telesellers . Working from home, you'll be making outbound calls to homeowners, identifying if they qualify for our services, and booking appointments for our surveyors. Full training and scripts are provided.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to pre-sourced homeowners (no cold calling) Follow a simple qualification script to identify customer needs Book qualified leads and appointments for our expert advisors Maintain accurate call notes and records Hit daily/weekly booking targets

Requirements:

Strong communication skills and a confident phone manner Motivated and target-driven attitude Reliable internet and a quiet work-from-home setup Previous telesales or canvassing experience is preferred but not essential Able to work independently and as part of a team
