Sales Telemarketer
to join our growing sales team. This role focuses on outbound B2B sales calls, promoting our products and services, and generating new business opportunities.

Working Pattern
Hybrid role:
3 days office-based, 2 days working from home - 36 hours per week total
Key Responsibilities
Conduct outbound calls to prospective B2B clients
Promote and clearly explain our product and service offerings
Generate and qualify new sales leads
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-ups using CRM software
Follow up with potential customers to nurture long-term relationships
Collaborate with the sales team to improve outreach strategies
Meet individual call targets and contribute to overall sales goals
Provide a high level of customer service and handle enquiries professionally
Keep up to date with product knowledge and relevant industry trends
Qualifications & Skills
Previous experience in telemarketing, B2B sales, or a similar role (preferred)
Experience in medical equipment or consumables is highly desirable
Excellent spoken English
Strong communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills
Well organised with the ability to manage multiple leads
Self-motivated, target-driven, and proactive
Able to work independently and as part of a team
