Purpose of the Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a self-motivated Trainee to join our Europe Sales Team, based in the UK at our Chandler's Ford head office. You'll develop your skills in Sales & Marketing while contributing to the energy transition in Europe and across multiple market segments. This is an excellent chance to gain hands-on experience, work with experienced professionals and develop essential skills in a growing industry.

What You Will Do
First 6-9 Months
Learn from experienced professionals to develop valuable customer-facing skills in our head office.
Shadow and assist with product demonstrations and presentations to prospective customers
Manage and develop relationships with existing accounts
Travel to our international offices for training and experience, applying your learning in your local office
Collaborate on projects with other global trainees and take on individual initiatives
After the Training Period
Assist in generating demand for our products and services
Become a solutions sales expert who will assist with technical questions or concerns during the sales process and frequently participate in the initial portion of the sales specification process
Support sales development by acquiring customers, referring leads and sharing knowledge and best practice with colleagues to drive growth
Help to develop both cross-selling and up-selling activities, maximising on the total revenue available for all products and solutions across customers, segments and markets
Contribute to achieving annual revenue and profit targets
Understand the customer and business profile of your (geographical) area
Capture customer insights to inform strategy, applications and new developments
Collaborate with colleagues across functions to achieve shared goals
Stay informed on industry trends, products and competitors
