Sales Trainee
Job Description
We're a Liverpool-based business working with a diverse range of clients--from dairy products to pet care and telecommunications. Whether it's helping a local startup build brand visibility or supporting a global client with customer acquisition, we deliver high quality results.
As a Sales Trainee, you'll begin by developing core skills in sales and marketing. You'll represent clients, learning how to communicate their value, build customer relationships and deliver measurable results. This early phase is designed to give you a strong foundation in how effective campaigns are built and executed.
You will be part of a collaborative, high-energy team environment, working with a diverse range of brands and sectors. No two days are the same, so ideal for those who get bored easily!
FYI - This is not a static role. As you grow and perform, you'll transition into a leadership position. From there, you'll begin managing small to medium-sized teams, taking on responsibilities across:
Team training and development
Recruitment and onboarding
Financial planning and budgeting
Client account management
Operational leadership
We're looking for individuals who are excited by the idea of stepping into leadership. If you enjoy speaking to new people, building connections, and are eager to take on more responsibility over time, this could be the perfect fit.
NOTE- Previous management experience is beneficial but not essential.
