Key Responsibilities - Sales Trainee

Support the sales team in managing and growing client accounts Identify and qualify new leads through outreach and research Work alongside senior sales staff to pitch solutions to major clients Help scale existing client contracts through upselling and cross-selling Maintain accurate records in the CRM system Participate in training and mentoring programs

What We're Looking For in a Sales Trainee

A self-starter with excellent communication and interpersonal skills Comfortable working to targets and KPIs Strong organisational skills and attention to detail Passion for learning and growing in a sales environment Degree-level education or relevant experience preferred (but not essential)
