About the Role
As a Sales Trainee, you'll learn the foundations of sales and customer relationship management while supporting the wider sales team. You'll gain hands-on experience working with customers, processing enquiries, preparing quotations, and supporting business development activities.
You'll receive structured training, coaching, and day-to-day support to help you develop the skills and confidence to grow into a successful Sales Professional within Helix Group.
Key Responsibilities
Support the sales team with administrative and customer service tasks.
Learn how to manage customer accounts and build strong client relationships.
Assist in preparing quotations, processing orders, and maintaining accurate records.
Handle customer enquiries by phone and email with professionalism and confidence.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
Contribute to team goals, sales targets, and overall business success.
Participate in training sessions and actively develop your product and sales knowledge.
Skills and Qualities
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
A positive, proactive, and eager-to-learn attitude.
Good organisational and time management abilities.
Confident using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Ability to work well in a team and take initiative when needed.
No prior sales experience required - full training will be provided.
