Job Description
We are looking for a Trainer with experience of coaching and assessment, new standards and supporting individuals with Recruitment, Marketing and Training Businesses working towards their success - Recruitment experience is advantageous as is experience in Content Creation
Provide information and guidance to the learner and employers.
Working to quality standards and completion of targets.
Assisting with the enrolment of learners
Organising and maintaining documentation of learner's progress
Person Specification
Trainer/Assessor Qualifications
Functional skills Level 2 Maths/English/ICT
Experience of e-portfolio
Coaching and Assessing Experience
Experience of new standards and end-point assessment
Experience with supporting delivering Qualifications
Recognised teaching qualification e.g. PTLLS or equivalent
GCSE English Language or equivalent (Grade A*-C)
Qualified in the relevant discipline at a Level 3 or above
Background of working in a customer-facing target driven environment
