Job Description

We are seeking a Transaction Manager to join our dynamic team. At FRF Group at our dealership in Haverfordwest you will grow all aspects of sales gross profit, specialising in finance, insurance and value-added products. You will be at the core of customer enquiries and assist in developing the sales team.

Key Responsibilities and Duties include

Discussing the financial requirements of our customers. Advising customers on finance, insurance, warranties and our other services. Ensure customers have a clear understanding of obligations they are entering. Liaise with Sales Executives to ensure that the opportunity is available to discuss finance options with all customers Proposing financial agreements. Ensuring that all documentation is accurate and FCA compliant Manage our current finance renewal program.

Essential

Excellent customer communication skills Strong IT skills with focus on Microsoft office applications Willing to attend relevant training courses required for role. Full valid driving license Have the drive to succeed Work efficiently under pressure
