About the Role:
We're looking for a reliable and enthusiastic Sales & Warehouse Operative to join our
team. This varied role involves working in the office, answering phone and email
enquiries, as well as assisting with picking and packing orders in the warehouse. It's a
great opportunity for someone who enjoys a mix of customer interaction and hands-on
work.
Key Responsibilities:
Responding to customer enquiries by phone and email
Providing friendly, knowledgeable support and advice
Processing orders and maintaining accurate records
Picking, packing, and dispatching customer orders
Assisting with stock control and general warehouse duties
What We're Looking For:
Strong communication and customer service skills
Confident using email and basic office software
Organised and able to manage multiple tasks
Willing to get involved in practical tasks such as packing and stock handling
A genuine interest in classic cars - knowledge of Morris Minors or other
classics is a definite advantage
