Job Description
We are a very busy wholesaler of furniture components and hardware servicing companies across the UK and need a friendly, enthusiastic, driven and team orientated person to join us and help the sales office in expanding further. You will need some computer skills, a good telephone manner, be organised and have a willingness to perform accurately and achieve realistic targets. Full product knowledge and training will be given, and your earnings will increase with experience and results.
Sales Responsibilities
- Speaking with customers / Building customer relations
- Order inputting
- Sourcing new products within the industry
- Managing your orders
- Respond to incoming email and phone enquiries
Social Media / Website Responsibilities
- Building email marketing campaigns
- Liaising with our web development team to drive the website forward. ( PPC / SEO's )
- Managing our website & Etsy ( incoming orders, price increases, new products, etc )
- Manage the day-to-day handling of all social media channels such as Facebook, Pinterest, Instagram, Tiktok etc.
- Develop creative and engaging social media strategies
- Comfortable with using programmes such as Canva, Capcut Etc.
