We have a vacancy for a Sales/administrator Membership Services Administrator to join our team at GEM Motoring Assist, providing sales and administrative support to our membership department, with opportunities to build a progressive career at a customer-focused organisation.

To be part of our team you will need to possess the following: -
Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to deal with members, potential members, partner organisations and colleagues
Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise work to meet deadlines
A strong work ethic and positive attitude, with the ability to work using your own initiative or as part of a team
Basic IT skills, including Word, Excel and Outlook
Excellent command of the English language, oral and written skills
Experience of working within a regulated industry (Not essential)
Knowledge of insurance products (Not essential)
As part of the role, you will be required to: -
Interact with members and prospective members by phone, email and on live chat
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
Organise and manage customer service data
Handle customer inquiries and queries in a professional manner
Provide timely feedback to customers on their inquiries
Develop and maintain relationships with customers and vendors
Assist in the development of service policies and procedures
Take payments for new members and renewing members
Liaise with our Customer Services team to answer queries
Monitor review websites for member feedback and respond accordingly

The working hours for this position are 9.00 a.m. to 5.00 p.m. Monday to Friday.
