Sales & Customer Service Adviser
to join our team and provide exceptional support to our clients.
The Role
Handle client enquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a professional and approachable manner.
Build lasting relationships with retail and trade clients.
Develop product knowledge to confidently guide customers through options and specifications.
Support sales growth by identifying opportunities and upselling premium products.
Liaise with operations and delivery teams to ensure smooth order processing.
Provide outstanding after-sales support to maintain our reputation for excellence.

Confident, well-spoken, and professional.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Previous sales or customer service experience (luxury or furniture sector preferred but not essential).
