Responsibilities



Represent leading brands through direct face-to-face engagement in residential, event-based, or B2B settings. Deliver excellent customer service and help build long-term customer relationships. Provide accurate information regarding products and services. Assist customers with order placements, modifications, and cancellations. Resolve customer complaints and issues professionally. Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer needs are met. Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies. Contribute to team goals by sharing insights and feedback.

Qualifications



Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred but not essential. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to handle difficult situations with patience and professionalism. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Proficiency in using customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite. A positive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt. Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
