Overview


We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Customer Service/Sales Representative to join our small team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service while also promoting our products and services. Your ability to build rapport with clients and understand their needs will be key to your success in this position.

Responsibilities



Engage with customers via phone, email, and chat messages to provide outstanding service. Assist customers in selecting products that meet their needs and preferences. Process orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring a smooth transaction experience. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback with professionalism and empathy. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product offerings and promotions to effectively communicate benefits to customers. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction. Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in the company database.

Qualifications



Previous experience in customer service or sales is preferred but not essential; a positive attitude and willingness to learn are crucial. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse clientele. Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing customer concerns. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Proficiency in using computer systems and software for order processing and record keeping. A team player who is adaptable and open to feedback for continuous improvement.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 30,000.00-35,000.00 per year
