Lead the end-to-end architecture of Salesforce solutions for enterprise-scale implementations.

Translate complex business requirements into secure, scalable technical designs

.Apply 9+ years of CRM expertise with at least 5+ years in Salesforce architecture

.Define Salesforce solution strategies across Sales, Service, Marketing, and Experience Clouds

.Partner with business leaders to design customer-centric CRM roadmaps

.Ensure compliance with Salesforce best practices, security models, and governance.

Architect robust integration frameworks with ERP, Data Lakes, and third-party systems.

Leverage expertise in Lightning, Apex, Visualforce, and Flows for advanced customization.

Provide architectural oversight for large-scale data migration and ETL processes.

Drive adoption of DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing.

Evaluate Salesforce releases and recommend features aligned with business value.

Design multi-cloud, multi-org, and enterprise-level scalable solutions.

Mentor Salesforce developers, admins, and junior architects.

Conduct technical design reviews, solution validation, and performance optimization.

Lead stakeholder workshops to align technical roadmaps with strategic goals.

Build reusable frameworks, accelerators, and solution patterns.

Ensure system availability, data quality, and disaster recovery readiness.

Collaborate with Salesforce COEs and platform governance boards.

Recommend AppExchange solutions and assess their fit for business use.

Drive innovation using AI, Einstein Analytics, and advanced Salesforce features.

Support enterprise digital transformation with Salesforce as the core CRM platform.

Prepare detailed architecture diagrams, documentation, and knowledge transfer.

Proactively mitigate risks and resolve critical technical challenges.

Communicate effectively with executives, technical teams, and business users.

Deliver scalable, future-proof Salesforce solutions maximizing ROI and adoption.

Job Type: Fixed term contract
Contract length: 24 months

Pay: 55.00-65.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
