Role overview

As a Senior Salesforce Architect you will be tailoring design and technical solutions based on Industry specifics and utilise your Deep and Extensive Knowledge of Salesforce Ecosystem and Integration Mastery to ensure Performance and Data Optimisation while adhering to best-practice security and compliance protocols.



Your expertise will be crucial in addressing the most intricate aspects of the Salesforce platform, including external integrations, data migration, security, and system performance. You will ensure that all technical solutions are aligned with best practices, industry standards, and the client's strategic objectives.



At Bluewave we are a team and while a Senior Salesforce Architect will be involved in leading on architecture, design and project responsibilties at Bluewave it is also a Hands-On Team role when it comes to Delivery. People we are looking for

It is anticipated that you will possess around 10 years of practical experience working directly with Salesforce, including 3-5 years in the capacity of a solution architect, specialising in Salesforce architecture and overseeing the technical execution of projects.

Your skills and experiences

Expected Skills & Experience

Expert skills in optimising Salesforce performance, including database optimization, query optimization, and efficient use of resources. Expertise in advanced customization, complex workflows, triggers, batch processing, and asynchronous processes. Expertise in designing and implementing integration patterns, ensuring secure, efficient, and reliable data flow across systems. Expertise in Salesforce security models, including profiles, roles, sharing rules, encryption, and field-level security. Ability to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA) within Salesforce implementations. Proficiency in designing and implementing data models that support scalability and maintainability. System Architecture Diagrams: Illustrating the technical design and integration points. Technical Design Specifications: Documenting the technical aspects of the solution, including custom code, configurations, and integrations. Security and Compliance Documentation: Ensuring adherence to security protocols and industry standards. Expertise in defining and executing deployment strategies, leveraging tools like Salesforce DX, CI/CD pipelines, and version control systems. Experience in managing the full software development lifecycle (SDLC) within Salesforce environments. Deep knowledge of advanced data security measures, including field encryption, Shield Platform Encryption, and managing secure integrations. Ability to oversee complex custom development projects, ensuring that custom code aligns with best practices and performance standards. Ability to tailor Salesforce solutions to meet specific industry regulations and technical standards.

Desirable Skills & Experience

Familiarity with industry-specific solutions, such as Financial Services Cloud for finance, Health Cloud for healthcare, or Nonprofit Success Pack (NPSP) for nonprofits.
