In this fully remote role, you'll work directly with the Director--who originally built much of the Salesforce environment--and partner with our development team to capture, clarify, and structure business logic for future maintainability and scalability.
You'll play a key role in bridging technical and business teams, ensuring a smooth transition from legacy knowledge to formal documentation and scalable systems.
Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with development and QA teams to align technical tasks with business needs
Gain deep understanding of current Salesforce architecture, configurations, and codebase
Identify edge cases, dependencies, and opportunities for process improvement
Participate in sprint planning, backlog refinement, and testing strategies
Contribute to optimization and potential refactoring of Salesforce workflows and automations
Support test case development and ensure business logic is reflected in final solutions
Requirements
5+ years' experience as a Business Analyst, ideally with Salesforce exposure
Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture including Apex, Flows, Triggers, and Custom Objects
Experience working with technical teams and interpreting complex system logic
Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills
Familiarity with tools such as Confluence, Lucidchart, Draw.io, and Jira
Ability to work independently and drive clarity from ambiguity
Comfortable reading and understanding Salesforce Apex code (even if not writing it)
Nice to Have
Salesforce Admin or Business Analyst Certification
Background in software development or QA
Experience with process reengineering or change management
Familiarity with ISO 27001 or other compliance frameworks
What Success Looks Like
Within 3 months, you've documented 80%+ of undocumented logic in a structured, scalable format
You've become a key point of contact for business process clarity
You've created continuity between business strategy and Salesforce implementation
