As part of our global team, you'll be working with cutting-edge technologies and will have the opportunity to develop a wide range of new skills on the job.As a Salesforce Business Architect you will:Help the client understand the value of innovation to achieve their objectives and how to track KPIsIdeate with client on re-imagine the business process in the modern world landscape working with our architectsTake the innovation and create capability map and build out a roadmap based on meeting strategic value goalsUnderstand our clientsxe2x80x99 needs and participate in selling our proposed solutions to our clientsWork as part of an integrated Accenture and client team, defining, designing, delivering, and deploying leading Salesforce-based solutions to our clientsDevelop your Leadership and consulting skills whilst delivering Salesforce at scale, to deliver measurable client value in some of the most dynamic and challenging environmentsWe are looking for experience in the following skills:You must have experience with build out value trees with clients, defining KPIs and helping projects create a clear mission statementPast experience with driving innovative thinking, that resulted in delivered valueThrough modern workshop techniques, get to valuable use cases for our clientsStrategic thinking, not just on how technology can shape business value but on how re-imaging the workforceExperience in working with clients to understand their business and technology requirements through 1:1 meetings and workshopsUnderstanding of how Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud and Agentforce can meet the business and IT needs with out-of-the-box platform features and declarative configurationDocumenting the business architecture, solution design and requirements using personas, customer journeys and user storiesSet yourself apart:Strong understanding of innovative offerings to drive business growth and scaleExperience of working in a pre-sales cycle (high level estimates, RFPs, orals), especially with tight deadlinesOwning client business and IT engagement, including facilitating workshops throughout all project phasesExperience in supporting clients in making platform and solution decisions and obtaining solution signoffClosing Date for Applications 30/06/2025Accenture reserves the right to close the role before this date should a suitable applicant be found.About Accenture We work with one shared purpose: to deliver on the promise of technology and human ingenuity.
