Ganap IT Limited is a progressive Information and Technology company. An opportunity has arisen for a highly experienced and certified Solution Architectto design and implement scalable Salesforce and CloudSense solutions. This role requires following skills and experience to join the Team.

Roles & Responsibilities

? Salesforce architecture and solution design for complex enterprise implementations.

? Engage in requirement gathering sessions with stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.

? Develop and maintain custom solutions using Apex, Visualforce, LWC, and Salesforce APIs.

? Design and implement Salesforce Industry Cloud and Field Service Lightning solutions.

? Support end-to-end project lifecycle, including design and development.

? Integrate third-party platforms such as Twilio, Amazon Connect, ValueText, TIBCO, MuleSoft, Limio, Zuora, and others with Salesforce.

? Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, data migration specialists, and testers.

? Conduct user training, UAT support, and documentation for seamless go-lives.

Skills & Experience

? Experience in the Salesforce ecosystem including Sales, Service, Experience Cloud, and Field Service.

? Advanced proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, LWC, REST/SOAP API, and Salesforce configuration/customization.

? Expertise in CloudSense Q2C (Quote to Cash) modules such as Solution Designer, Configurator, Orders & Subscriptions, AOM, Orchestrator, etc.

? Hands-on experience with integration tools like MuleSoft, TIBCO, Amazon Connect, and middleware platforms.

? Strong knowledge of DevOps practices using GIT, Jenkins, Bitbucket, and VS Code.

? Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

? Proactive problem-solving and critical thinking capabilities.

Certifications (Preferred):

? Salesforce Sales Cloud / Service Cloud Consultant

? Salesforce Certified Experience Cloud / Field Service

? Salesforce Certified AI Associate / Specialist

? CloudSense CS401, CS402, CS403 Q2C Certified
