What you will be doing as our

Salesforce Developer

:

Build and maintain

custom applications using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components

Design and implement

scalable Salesforce solutions that align with best practices and enterprise architecture standards

Integrate systems

by connecting Salesforce with external platforms via REST/SOAP APIs and middleware tools

Automate business processes

with Flows, Apex Triggers, and Classes to improve efficiency

Ensure code quality

by participating in code reviews, unit testing, and deployment activities using CI/CD pipelines

Collaborate with stakeholders

to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions

Develop documentation and training

materials to support Salesforce users and administrators

Mentor and guide

junior Salesforce administrators and developers to help grow team expertise

What we are looking for from our

Salesforce Developer

:

Extensive Salesforce expertise

with significant hands on development experience across large-scale organisations (800+ users)

Proven integration skills -

ideally with platforms such as Marketo | OneTrust | ReachDesk | HighSpot

Strong technical proficiency

in Apex (declarative and programmatic), Salesforce Flows, SOQL, and the full Salesforce development lifecycle

Comprehensive platform knowledge -

including configuration, technical capabilities, and understanding the downstream impact of system changes

Business minded technologist

able to connect product features to business objectives, ROI, and measurable value

Analytical and data driven

, leveraging insights and analytics to guide decisions

Creative problem solver

with a strong design sense and a deep understanding of both customer and vendor needs

Excellent communicator and collaborator

, with strong organisational and leadership skills to work effectively across diverse teams and stakeholders

Adaptable and resilient

, comfortable with ambiguity and fast changing environments

Detail oriented and inquisitive
