Job Description
Synapri are seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer to join a UK Public Sector Organisation to design, build, and maintain scalable Salesforce solutions that support business objectives and enhance user experience. The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, secure, and efficient Salesforce applications in an agile environment.
Experience
Proven experience developing in Apex, SOQL, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce APIs. Demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality Salesforce solutions within complex environments. Experience supporting data migration projects using ETL tools (e.g., MuleSoft, Talend, Informatica, or similar). Strong understanding of Salesforce data and security models, including governor limits and performance optimisation. Hands-on experience working within scrum and agile methodologies. Exposure to DevOps practices, including Git version control and CI/CD pipelines. Salesforce Platform Developer I & II certifications (required).
Desirable:
Familiarity with Salesforce-specific DevOps tools such as Gearset. Exposure to multiple Salesforce Clouds (e.g., Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud). Ability to mentor junior developers and contribute effectively to code reviews. Additional Salesforce certifications such as Administrator, Integration Architecture Designer, or equivalent.
