Proven experience in Salesforce implementation, configuration, and customization.
Mandatory experience in a pharmaceutical organization or handling pharma-based Salesforce projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Salesforce Service Cloud implementations - from design to deployment.
Configure and optimize case management, knowledge base, and omni-channel support.
Automate workflows using Process Builder, Flow, and Apex triggers.
Conduct requirement gathering workshops and translate needs into scalable CRM solutions.
Collaborate closely with business, development, and QA teams for seamless delivery.
Ensure user adoption, training, and post-implementation support.
Skills & Expertise Required:
Hands-on experience in Salesforce Service Cloud configuration & deployment.
Strong understanding of customer service operations and automation workflows.
Expertise in Flow, Process Builder, and CRM integration tools.
Experience managing client interactions, demos, and functional documentation.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and presentation skills.
Ability to lead functional design sessions and support business transformation.
