to design, develop, and implement scalable Salesforce solutions for our organization. The ideal candidate will translate business requirements into technical solutions, provide guidance on system architecture, and support deployment and integration initiatives.Experience in the pharmaceutical industry or handling pharma-related Salesforce projects is highly desirable.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Strong experience in
Salesforce customization and development
(Apex, LWC, Aura, Visualforce). Deep understanding ofSales, Service, and Experience Clouds
. Expertise inintegration, workflow automation, and configuration
. Knowledge ofsystem security, roles, permissions, and access management
. Hands-on experience withdeployment tools and processes
. Strongproblem-solving, communication, and leadership
skills.Mandatory:
Experience working in thepharmaceutical industry
or onpharma-related Salesforce projects
.Preferred Certifications:
Salesforce Platform Developer I & II Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant Experience with
Salesforce Experience Cloud

Lead the
design and development of Salesforce solutions
across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud. Customize and configure Salesforce modules to optimize business workflows. Develop usingApex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura, and Visualforce
, including writing optimized SOQL/SOSL queries. Manage Salesforce security throughProfiles, Roles, Permission Sets, and Sharing Settings
. Overseedeployment processes
across environments using best practices. Providetechnical leadership, mentorship, and guidance
to the team. Collaborate with business, development, and QA teams for smooth project delivery. Ensure solutions meetcompliance and operational standards specific to the pharma industry
