The

Salesforce Marketing Cloud Administrator

role is crucial for us and an excellent opportunity for someone looking to take the next step in their career.


You will work with our Communications Team to build audiences (automated from Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud) and execute marketing campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud.


You will be responsible for analysing data to track campaign performance and recommending improvements, so familiarity with data and Salesforce products is essential.

Your responsibilities day to day will be...

Design, develop, and execute marketing campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud. Work closely with data science and Salesforce CRM teams to connect and build audiences. Collaborate with other team members, including the design and communication teams. Directly work with our Salesforce Marketing Cloud Channel Manager (Solutions Designer/Developer)

Qualifications

Experience working with Salesforce Marketing Cloud - ideally Marketing Cloud Administrator certified Experience in creating and managing Data Extensions in Email Studio Experience in creating user journeys in Journey Builder (end-to-end configuration) Experience in Content Builder - end-to-end creation of a new email message with Content Blocks Experience in creating basic T-SQL queries for audience selection, with a good understanding of the CRM database Comfortable with basic editing of HTML and CSS
