Operational leadership
keeping Salesforce running smoothly and seamlessly
Salesforce expertise
being the go-to admin and product lead, aligning CRM with end-to-end processes
Process integration
embedding workflows into Salesforce to boost collaboration and efficiency
Reporting & dashboards
building insights that track and drive commercial performance
KPI management
setting, monitoring, and improving performance measures
Master data ownership
safeguarding CRM data accuracy and quality
Collaboration
linking Salesforce with ERP and other systems
Training & advocacy
