We\xe2\x80\x99re hiring a Salesforce Product Owner as part of our Global Technology team in Manchester or London.

Purpose of the Role

An exciting opportunity for a Product Owner has arisen to assist us in improving our Sales & Client Management platforms within dentsu.

Working within dentsu Service Lines and Primary Markets, the key focus will be to handle the business needs and demand management of the Global Stakeholders.

In this role, you will assist in the planning and management of the implementation of various sales solutions within the portfolio. You will be working with a team of other Product Owners and Architects to develop Proof of Concepts and implement & understand what functionality is available \xe2\x80\x98Out of the Box\xe2\x80\x99 and via other sources.

You will be responsible for defining an effective design, propose alternative approaches to tackling stated business problems and maintain effective levels of communication with all business Stakeholders.

You need to be a talented, passionate, efficient Product Owner with strong analytic skills and an inventive storyteller.

You must be able to collaborate well with colleagues and bring cross-functional teams together around a common vision.

You welcome feedback from a wide variety of Stakeholders and tap your intuition to make the right decision in the absence of definitive facts.

You deftly balance business needs with simple, engaging, user-centred solutions.

You are adept at working in an Agile/Scrum product development environment that is cross-functional and highly collaborative.

Key Responsibilities

Define, create, and communicate product roadmaps aligned with business objectives and supported by business cases.

Work cross-functionally with all areas of the business, partnerships, and with Senior Stakeholders in Sales; Process Owners, Architects, and team members

Manage backlog prioritisation of work.

Be accountable for delivering incremental value.

Work with Scrum Master and delivery team daily, answering questions, addressing ambiguities, being available to solve issues.

Inspire the team and bring a unique vision and perspective for the Product for what is possible.

Agree timelines and deadlines for development; help define features development prioritisation.

Help define capabilities direction, own the design, execution, and measure ongoing improvements against short and long-term goals.

Design simple solutions for complex workflows including all design deliverables.

Qualifications + Skills

Must have previous working experience as a Product Owner for a minimum of 1 year.

Must have minimum 3 years Salesforce (Sales Cloud) experience.

Experience across the entire commercial ecosystem: Sales Cloud, MarTech, CLM

Project management experience

Professional demeanour with strong written and presentation skills

Demonstrate ability to communicate effectively with Senior-Level Stakeholders

In-depth knowledge of Agile process and principles

Candidate must possess strong MS Excel proficiency.

Outstanding leadership and sharp analytical, problem-solving skills

Self-motivated and capable of both self-management and working with a team to achieve project objectives.

Able to work under tight deadlines, balancing and prioritising multiple responsibilities.

Critical thinking skills with competence to analyse data to make informed decisions and recommendations.

Proficiency in searching for meaningful patterns, trends, and relationships in data and articulating findings for simplified business understanding.

Excellent organisational and time management skills.

Experience working remotely and asynchronously with team members across different countries and time zones.
