Salesforce QA Tester

to join our Salesforce Centre of Excellence as part of the Platform team this role would allow an experienced tester to take the opportunity to help build out a robust testing strategy across the Salesforce ecosystem. In this role, the

Salesforce QA Tester

will ensure the quality, reliability, and performance of our Salesforce-based applications and integrations. You will collaborate closely with Salesforce developers, business analysts, and legal stakeholders to validate new features, identify defects, support testing strategy and regression testing and uphold the firm's high standards for system integrity across our suite of Salesforce related products working as part of a multi scrum team model.

We work Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm, offering 26 days holiday, plus Bank Holidays, Pension, Company Events and a commitment to Training and Development opportunities. We can offer this position as a hybrid role.

The Role:



Develop comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts for Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and the wider later salesforce ecosystem. Log, track, and verify defects in the issue-tracking system (e.g., Jira). Perform regression, integration, performance, and user-acceptance testing (UAT) Work with Salesforce admins, developers, and business stakeholders to clarify requirements and resolve issues. Experience with both manual and automated testing Provide clear, timely test status reports and metrics to project teams and management with the support of the scrum masters. Advocate for quality best practices and continuous improvement. Coordinate release readiness reviews and support production deployments

The Person:



Relevant Salesforce Certifications Experience in a Salesforce QA/Testing role Experience operating within Agile/Scrum methodologies Familiarity with project management tools including JIRA/Confluence and Miro Ability to define and deliver best practice testing plans Ability to understand user requirements and processes and identify potential issues during testing Confident in coordinating regression testing based on ecosystem software updates (core Salesforce and Managed packages) Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
